During homecoming week, Friday’s activities included the Pigskin Revue in the Box, a torch procession to light the Eternal Flame at the Buffalo Sports Park, and the Maroon Block Party with fireworks and a performance from Strangetowne, a punk-Americana band from Amarillo. On Saturday, students, community members and alumni attended the parade and the Buff-tober Festival before heading to the football game.
