I was born and raised in Merkel, Texas, with my twin sister and our loving family. I am majoring in Wildlife Biology and Broadcast Journalism because wildlife has always had stronghold on my heart and I want future generations to experience the rush of seeing a wild animal roaming free. I do not understand how we are demolishing a piece of earth as magnificent as our wildlife. Learning about these issues is what lead me to start concentrate on expanding my mind to many of the other issues our society has and decided that I would not stand back and watch these atrocities continue to unfold.
