The nominees for 2019 Homecoming King and Queen recognized at Pigskin Revue.
“I was real excited to see all the Homecoming candidates and see who got the top three ’cause go Scout Odegaard. I love her so much,” said Kylie Scott, sophomore plant and soil sciences major.
“I’m most excited for the t-shirts. I’m so excited for the Homecoming group. I’m excited for who I voted for to win,” Charity Wilson, junior communication disorders major.
On Friday Oct. 4, students, alumni and members of the community gathered at the First United Bank Center for the Pigskin Revue. Almost every stall was serving food, Student Government Association was passing out t-shirts and the band provided music to encourage high spirits. The Homecoming Court for 2019 was also announced with Adam Delgado becoming King and Kylee Gillenwaters becoming Queen the next day.
