The WTAMU Lady Buff cross country competed Oct. 16 at the Midwestern State Cross Country Carnival held in Wichita Falls, TX.
WT came away with a strong 3rd place finish in the overall team standings.
Sophomores Jessica Blakely and Aries Bazaldua led the way for the Lady Buffs finishing in seventh and eighth place.
Junior Allie Reyna clocked in at 10th place followed by freshman Amber Moore in 12th place. Sophomores Briena Garcia and Allison Medina rounded out the finishing in 31st and 32nd place.
The Lady Buffs compete at the Lone Star Conference Championship on Nov. 6th in Abilene, Texas.
